Sessions are $185 for individuals and $220 for couples/families.

I only take private pay. However, I can provide you with you a superbill that you can submit to your insurance in the case that they provide reimbursement for out-of-network services.

Yes, I dedicate a portion of my caseload to sliding scale clients. At the moment, it is full. However, I can place you on the sliding scale waitlist. Just let me know that you’re interested and I can reach out when a spot opens up.

This is a question I get asked often and it’s slightly tricky to answer as it really depends on the client as I do my best to shape sessions based on the individual. An example is that I follow the client’s lead on what they want to share for the day and will ask questions around that experience shared while also integrating moments of humanity and humor. If the client is comfortable and interested in art-making in session, I might offer an invitation to explore art materials around the topic being discussed or a feeling.
